Stock Investing SI
Privacy Policy
Stock Investing SI is operated by WealthAI Limited. This Policy explains how we handle personal information when you access or use the Services and how you can manage that information.
Key points
- Depending on the features you use, we handle information needed to create accounts, manage subscriptions, save settings, and keep the Services secure.
- We disclose information only as needed to provide the Services, process payments, protect security, or meet legal obligations.
- Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information.
1. What This Policy Covers
In this Policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean WealthAI Limited.
This Policy applies when you access or use websites, applications, software, data, research tools, automated features, interfaces, notifications, reports, and related services that we offer now or in the future (collectively, the “Services”).
Stock Investing SI provides stock research, company insights, market news, and watchlist tools. This Policy also covers information received when you choose Google sign-in. We provide additional information where a particular feature requires different handling.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on the features you actually use, we may handle:
- Account information: email, display name, avatar, account identifier, login method, and profile information you choose to provide;
- Subscription and transaction information: plan, entitlements, order, amount, currency, payment status, and refund records;
- Content you save or submit: followed or saved items, preferences, settings, searches or queries, notes, files, feedback, and results generated by relevant features;
- Communications: emails, support requests, privacy requests, and other messages you send us;
- Basic technical information: IP address, device and browser type, language, sessions and cookies, access time, error records, and security logs. This information is used mainly for login, security, troubleshooting, and keeping the Services running.
2A. Signing In with Google
If you choose Google sign-in for Stock Investing SI, we receive the email address, name, profile picture, and account information Google provides to identify you. This sign-in feature does not read your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or calendars. We use the Google user data we receive only to create and secure your account and sign you in; we do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
We use this information to confirm your identity, create or sign in to your account, display your profile, and connect your saved settings and subscription access to your account. Information is stored in our systems and those of service providers working on our behalf. They process it only as needed to provide sign-in, account management, and security.
We keep necessary account information while you use your account and as needed to provide services, protect security, or meet legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. You can also remove our connection in your Google Account settings. Removing that connection does not automatically delete data already saved in your Stock Investing SI account.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- Create and manage accounts, authenticate login, and provide requested features;
- Manage subscriptions, payments, refunds, entitlements, and billing support;
- Save your settings and content and provide relevant results, alerts, or reports based on your choices;
- Respond to support, feedback, partnership, and privacy requests;
- Protect accounts and the Services and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access;
- Diagnose errors, maintain the Services, and improve features and experience using aggregated or de-identified information;
- Meet applicable accounting, tax, audit, recordkeeping, and other legal obligations.
4. Bases for Handling Information
Depending on the activity, we handle personal information to perform our agreement with you, provide a Service you request, protect security and normal operations, act with your consent, or meet legal obligations.
Where handling relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful handling but may prevent a related feature from continuing to work.
5. AI and Automated Features
Some features use algorithms or artificial intelligence to process queries, prompts, files, or other content you submit and provide search, summaries, analysis, classification, alerts, reports, or other results.
To provide those features, necessary inputs and technical information may be processed by model, cloud-computing, or infrastructure providers acting for us. We limit the information where reasonably possible and require providers to handle it under applicable arrangements.
Unless a feature expressly requires it, do not submit sensitive personal information, another person's confidential information, or content you are not authorized to provide. If identifiable User Content will be used for a materially different purpose, we will provide additional notice and applicable choices.
6. Cookies and Local Storage
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain login, remember language and preferences, save certain settings, protect security, and understand whether the Services are operating properly.
You can manage these technologies through browser or device settings. Disabling necessary cookies or storage may prevent login, preference saving, synchronization, or other features from working properly.
7. Disclosure of Information
To operate the Services, we may provide necessary information to providers of hosting, databases, login, payments, communications, customer support, security, analytics, or AI capabilities. They may handle information only for their responsibilities and under applicable arrangements.
We may also disclose reasonably necessary information when you connect a third-party feature, ask us to disclose it, when disclosure is required by law, to protect users and the Services, or in connection with a business merger, reorganization, or succession.
Providers may process information in countries where they operate or maintain infrastructure. Where required, we use reasonable contractual, technical, or organizational protections.
8. Retention
We determine retention based on account status, the purpose of the information, subscription and transaction records, security and dispute needs, technical constraints, and legal obligations. Different categories do not all use one fixed period.
When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or de-identify it. Some information may remain in backups for a limited period or be retained for accounting, security, disputes, and legal obligations.
9. Security
We use technical and administrative measures appropriate to the nature and risk of the information, such as access controls, authentication, transmission protection, permission management, logging, and backups.
No internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure. You should also protect your credentials and promptly report suspicious activity.
If a personal-information incident requires notice by law, we will provide notice in accordance with applicable requirements.
10. Your Choices and Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information and may be able to restrict or object to certain handling, withdraw consent, or manage non-essential communications and cookie settings.
You may submit a request to support@wildbullai.com. To protect account security, we may need to verify your identity or an agent's authority.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law. A request may be limited where identity cannot be verified, another person's rights are affected, retention is legally required, security requires it, or another lawful exception applies.
11. Account Deletion
You may request account closure through a process provided in the Services or by contacting us. After closure, we delete or de-identify information that is no longer needed.
We may retain records needed to complete transactions, handle refunds, meet accounting and tax requirements, protect security, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Information may also remain temporarily through normal backup cycles.
12. Children
The Services are not directed to anyone below the minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a minor who is not eligible to use the Services.
If you believe a minor provided personal information without required authorization, contact support@wildbullai.com. After verification, we will take appropriate steps.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may include third-party links, embedded content, or integrations. Third parties handle information under their own privacy policies, and we do not control their independent practices.
Review relevant settings and privacy policies before providing personal information to a third party.
14. Updates and Contact
We may update this Policy because of changes in law, technology, features, or data practices. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. We will provide additional notice of material changes by email, in-service notice, or another appropriate method.
For questions about this Policy, personal-information handling, or privacy rights, email support@wildbullai.com.
